General Support - Indo@kses provide skilled and experience support team which will be available
for phone support and onsite support (if required) to maintain the functionality of the hi-speed internet access
and wireless internet access. For our partners, they will be supported by a 24/7 technical support phone number
at the conclusion of the project and also with direct site attendance (if required). Our support is also

Indo@kses also provide training and support for our partners' personel, any of whom will be equipped
with sufficient in-room literature and marketing collaterals in the event of technical problems or
trouble-shooting and in such that they will be able to actively sell and market the service.
Online Support - Through our website, Indo@kses provide support for both our
clients and their customer. Our support team will update and upgrade the online support from time-to-time
